In the first test case for Trump targets to get their criminal cases dismissed for vindictive prosecution ,a Federal Judge has found that there is credible evidence, particularly a statement made by “former” Trump criminal defense lawyer and current DOJ Deputy AG Todd Blanche on Fox News that Armando Abrego Garcia has been vindictively prosecuted to shift the burden to the Trump Administration to prove he wasn’t , and as ordered a trial on the issue and for the Government to turn over documents and information and sit for depositions.  Michael Popok reports on this case and its import to James Comey, Leticia James, Sen. Schiff and Rep. McIver.
